Regarding compatibility, please note that our tesla magsafe phone mount is designed for the Tesla model 3 and model Y, and is not compatible with the Tesla model S or model X. Additionally, with the newer iterations of the version, the Tesla model 3 version 2023 has changed the design of the air vents, rendering it incompatible. LISEN is constantly updating and upgrading this product, and we will be producing one more accessory that will fit the 2023 version in January. We'd appreciate it if you'd keep focusing on LISEN.

As for the installation process, simply insert the Tesla phone mount into the air outlet, move it to the right, press down the button, and it will be installed. Remember to push it to the right so the hooks can catch the air outlet and provide stability.

Unfortunately, the new Tesla Model 3 air outlet is covered above, so the existing Tesla phone mount cannot fit it. However, LISEN will develop new Tesla phone mount products based on the new Model 3 model as soon as possible.

Regarding phone compatibility, this Tesla phone holder fits all phones. For phones with MagSafe function, such as the iPhone 15/14/13/12 series, you can simply put the phone on the mount. For those without MagSafe, you have two choices: use a MagSafe case or we'll deliver metal rings for you to stick on the back of your phone.
